Like most of you, I’d imagine, I grew up watching movies. And there was always something about the relationship between the imagery and the music—the emotional context that film and music can give to one another—that sparked my imagination like no other medium.

That’s why, at 13 years old, I knew I wanted to be a film composer.

In that pursuit I have earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Music Composition. I have honed my skills on countless software programs, mixing and compositional and orchestration techniques.

But, more importantly, I have prioritized connecting and collaborating with as many filmmakers, musicians, and storytellers, from as many backgrounds, and in as many styles and genres, as I can.

Collaboration is my absolute favorite aspect among hundreds of favorite aspects of scoring films.

I look forward to collaborating with you in telling your story.

Sincerely,

Chris
